How many years of industry experience do you have?

We have 16+ years in the building industry. CAD Construction started In 2004 as a rough carpentry and interior trim union sub-contractor. Overtime the company has evolved into a general contractor focusing on small commercial projects under $10 million.

Do you offer a warranty?

Quality construction continues after the project. Our goal is to build a project that last for years. We warranty all of our work and guarantee quality craftsmanship.

What kind of safety training do your employees go through?

Employees are continually trained on safety issues. We are committed to providing our employees with a safe work environment and to have all our employees develop a culture of safety awareness. In order to meet this commitment, we have developed several safety programs and policies that will aid our employees in these goals.
